Case Management of Abusive and Inappropriate Behaviour

About the Course

Case Management of Abusive and Inappropriate Behaviour is an OCB blended course which will address how to manage a complaint on abusive or inappropriate behaviours. The course consists of a self-learning part followed by live sessions. In the former, participants will cover the ethical principles, IPOB Standards of Case Management, reporting mechanisms, and guidelines for receiving a victim, whereas the latter will enable learning by interviewing the different parties involved, drawing conclusions, and making the final decision. To ensure a realistic setting, all parties will be played by professional actors, specialised in improvisation.
