About the Course
This mandatory self-paced course will trigger a reflection on the theme
of abuse and will introduce MSF's policy in regards of the behavioural
commitments.
TARGET AUDIENCE
It is aimed at all OCP employees in the field (national, international and visitors).
TRAINING APPROACH
The course has been designed with individual learning tools and relies on the resolution of various scenarios where the response to mini quizzes is non-penalizing.
There is also a series of short videos and many resource documents.
The sequence of modules has been designed in such a way that we recommend you follow them in the order in which they appear for better understanding.
You can do this training online or offline by installing the Tembo desktop app on your mobile device.
DURATION
You shall count two hours to complete it and you can achieve it in several times without losing the progress already made.
CERTIFICATION
To complete the e-briefing you will have to complete all the mandatory modules, which will allow you to obtain a TEMBO badge and a certificate of completion of the briefing.

Learning Objectives

You will also know how to react to situations of abuse or inappropriate behavior.
