About the Course
The Feedback Process course will introduce you to the new feedback process, the new tool for personal and professional development at MSF OCB. It is replacing the evaluation system that had been in use since 2013.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is meant for all MSF OCB staff at both field and headquarter levels, for employees, and managers.
DURATION
Approximately 1 hour
Learning Objectives
At the end of the course, participants:
- will understand the reasons for the change from the evaluation system to the feedback process and what is new in the process
- will be able to explain the different phases of the process
- will understand some key concepts e.g. Feedback, Feedforward, multi-stakeholder approach
- will be able to fill in the professional development tool
- will understand some recommendations for giving and receiving feedback e.g. golden rules, Do’s & Don’t

METHODOLOGY
This a self-learning course divided into 5 modules. It consists of a range of H5P elearning activities, multimedia including text, videos, video animation, and webinars. It also includes quizzes which are used to track your progress.
EVALUATION
Participants will have to complete the tasks assigned.
CERTIFICATION
Upon completion, participants will be awarded a badge and a certificate.
