About the Course
During the Field Management Course 2nd Level (FMC2) you will learn about, and practice tools and skills that can support you in your role as a People Manager. Strong People Managers are key in ensuring that that our teams can deliver quality services to our patients.
HOW TO ENROL
Participants will be selected by the ‘host’ country (or by the Lead Trainer in case of a regional course). Once the participants are validated, they will get access to the specific link for their ‘cohort’.
CERTIFICATION
Certificate of attendance and badge.
TRAINING APPROACH
A mix of self-learning, assignments (to be submitted to the trainer), a face-to-face component, a coaching session, and an action plan.
EVALUATION
There will be an interim evaluation at the end of the face-to-face part of the training, and a final evaluation form at the end of the 7 weeks.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR
For anyone who is managing a team (IMS/LRS/MoPH) and is level 4 or higher on the IRFFG (no Coordinators/MTL). The minimum language requirement is B2 in the language in which the training will be provided.
DURATION
7 weeks:
Week 1 to 3: 2,5h per week of self-learning and assignments
Week 4: 3,5 days of face-to-face training plus a coaching session with the trainers
Week 5 to 7: 2,5h per week of on-the-job assignments to practice your learning

- List actions that help to create an inclusive work environment
- Reflect on how to prevent, and resolve, conflict situations
